About Madarik

Madarik is a Saudi healthcare company focused on bringing advanced biotherapeutic solutions for chronic wounds to patients in Saudi Arabia, the GCC, and North Africa. Our initial focus is diabetic foot ulcers, where we aim to combine world‑class clinical evidence, SFDA‑approved technology, and locally developed AI tools to improve outcomes and make Saudi Arabia a regional hub for treatment, research, and manufacturing.

Our Purpose

We exist to reduce the personal, clinical, and economic burden of diabetic foot ulcers by enabling earlier healing, fewer amputations, and better quality of life for high‑risk patients. By investing in local capability and international partnerships, Madarik supports the Kingdom’s Vision 2030 goals for a more sustainable, innovative, and self‑reliant health system.

Our Story

Madarik was established in Saudi Arabia to introduce a proven biotherapeutic solution for diabetic foot ulcers and to build a platform for local manufacturing and R&D. Since 2019, our team and partners have completed the core regulatory and quality milestones, including FDA‑linked clinical evidence generation, ISO certification, and SFDA approval for diabetic foot ulcer treatment. We have engaged closely with the Saudi health ecosystem and the Ministry of Health to demonstrate the therapy in real clinical settings and prepare for wider deployment.

Kambiz Golchin

Expertise

  • Mr. Kambiz Golchin is an assistant clinical professor and an experienced, highly trained ENT Consultant & Facial Plastic Surgeon whose pioneering techniques have gained international acclaim from his patients, his peers, and the media.

  • Mr. Golchin is also a co-founder of Biotherapy Services UK, which specialize in PRP (Platelet Rich Plasma) Technology. Using a patient’s own platelets for the treatment of various medical and cosmetic conditions, such as diabetic foot ulcers, decubitus ulcers, helping to speed healing, growth, repair, alopecia and for use in reconstructions and skin grafts.

  • There are many benefits from this type of therapy and Mr. Golchin, skill and knowledge are at the forefront of this regenerative medicine.

 

Experience

  • He completed his higher surgical training in Ear, Nose and Throat Surgery in the UK and is a fellow of the Royal College of Surgeons of England.

  • He gained his Fellowship of Facial Plastic Surgery at the Australasian Academy of Facial Plastic Surgery in Sydney and is interested in all aspects of ENT & Facial Plastic surgery – in particular, rhinoplasty, laser resurfacing and the advanced use of injectables.

  • He is the principle associate offering pioneering skin rejuvenating treatments at Dr Rakus’s Knightsbridge clinic.

 

Opinion Leader

  • He has been a key opinion leader for several companies including Allergan and Lumenis. He holds training courses for other doctors on aesthetics treatments. He has operating facilities at the Beacon Hospital Dublin, Cadogan Clinic Weymouth Private Hospital, and Welbeck hospital London.

Latifa Alhudaib

  • With over 19 years of experience in the financial, governmental, and semi-governmental sectors, Latifa Alhudaib has built a strong record in corporate and investment banking, strategy, governance, compliance, and risk management. She has held several leadership roles, most notably as Co-founder and Managing Director of Esnad Group, and has served across multiple public and private sector entities in Saudi Arabia.

  • Throughout her career, she has served on the board of directors for several investment companies and was instrumental in establishing Governance, Compliance, Internal Audit, Risk, Business Continuity, and Supply Chain functions across various organizations, including venture capital funds licensed by the Capital Market Authority (CMA).

She has a strong commitment to delivering high‑quality Primary Health Care and outpatient services, with a particular focus on diabetes management and diabetic foot assessment and prevention.

Dr. Duaa has gained comprehensive clinical experience in both Sudan and the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, working across various primary care and outpatient settings. Her expertise includes the management of acute and chronic medical conditions, preventive health, patient education, and community‑based healthcare programs.

She has developed notable proficiency in diabetic foot care, including early detection of complications, risk assessment, patient counseling, and coordination of multidisciplinary care to reduce long‑term risks and improve patient outcomes.
